Shipping Information Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All shipments are FOB Orwigsburg, PA. Receive FREE shipping on all prepaid wholesale orders of $1000.00 or more. (Cost before shipping) Damage - All candles leave our facility securely packaged and in good condition. If you receive damaged items in transit, please contact our office within 10 days of receipt to file a claim. We ask that you retain all packaging and damaged item(s) for a period of 5 days until a resolution has been made with the shipping company. |
