We
require a minimum of one case of any one size. Orders can be placed
through our wholesale site above, KCC rep or via fax at (570)366-7716. If
ordering via fax please include your company name, billing and shipping
address, phone number and items you wish to order. We keep a large inventory
of our candles, but occasionally we may be out of stock on a specific
fragrance due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to inform you
of any out of stock items when placing your order, but we do not make any
guarantees on product availability. We have the right to substitute any out
of stock item.

We cannot ship partial cases,
so please double check your quantities before ordering. Please remember that
our Primitive candles are available in 10 oz., 16 oz., and 26 oz. and our Olde Tyme
candles are available in 8 oz., 16 oz. and 26 oz. size. Case quantities below
apply for both candle lines. Please see additional minimum
requirements on the products page.

Terms/Payment
Current shipping transit time depends on delivery location.
International order ~ please allow extra shipping time.
At this time we are not accepting any Net 30
accounts. Please phone our office with any requests. Visa/Mastercard/American
Express are accepted with your qualified order. For accounts already
having Net 30 terms please note of new changes. There is a
$35.00 charge, for each occurrance, on any returned checks for Non Sufficient Funds or Stop Payment.
Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge (18%
annually) on all unpaid balances, no exceptions. If your account falls below
terms we may require all future orders to be paid via credit card. All necessary fees and
charges (legal, collections etc.) incurred in the collection of any monies due
Kettle Creek Candles, LLC is the responsibility of the customer. NO
COD'S!
Returns/Cancellations
No returns without
prior authorization. Any processed, picked, packed or ready for shipment orders that are cancelled will be subject to a
30% restocking fee. NO
EXCEPTIONS!
Shipping
Our standard method
of shipping is UPS Ground. International orders are shipped UPS Standard. This is the most economical method of shipping. All
shipments are FOB Orwigsburg, PA. If you need your order faster than
Ground Service, additional charges will be applied.
Damage
All candles leave our facility securely packaged and
in good condition. If you receive damaged items in transit, please contact our
office directly within 10 days of receipt to file a claim with our company. We ask
that you retain all packaging and damaged item(s) for a period of 5 days until
a resolution has been made with our shipping company. No exceptions will
be made. This is not our rule, it is UPS policy!
